Greetings from Streams of Joy Birmingham!

We are delighted to welcome you to 2025: Our Year of EL ROI. Whether you’re just exploring or have been thinking about making us your home, we want you to know that you are truly welcome here. We believe that God has led you to visit, and we are excited to see the amazing things He has in store for you this year.

Our Mission

Mission statement:
We are the heart that embraces all with love, and the voice that speaks change into people with hope, comfort, and peace. Specifically:
• Streams of Joy International seeks to be an international light house;
• In Streams of Joy we seek to have a multi-ethnic membership (that is a congregation including people from many ethnic groups) reaching and criss-crossing all nations of the world; In other words, Streams of Joy is made up of people of various nationalities;
• we are committed and responsible disciples of Jesus Christ who are ready to give joy, hope, and peace to everyone who walks through our doors;
• we are committed to showing the love of Christ to everyone we come in contact with;
• we are committed to the maturity of the saints and equipping them to become who God wants them to be.

We meet every Sunday for a powerful time of worship, teaching, and fellowship.

Tuesdays Prayer Praise and Prophecy 7pm on all our social media handles

Additionally, you’re invited to join us on Tuesday evenings for Prayer, Praise, and Prophecy, a time to come together in prayer and experience God's prophetic guidance.

Wednesday Wordshop 6:30pm on all SOJB social media platforms

On Wednesdays, we gather for our Wordshop, where we dive deep into the Word of God, studying and growing together in faith. It’s a time to strengthen our understanding and allow God's Word to shape our lives.
